DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY POLICY

We deliver inside the UK only.

If you live in London, we prefer to deliver in person because meeting you allows you to try on our creations, and us to deliver Jewellery on your size.

If you live in the UK outside London, the Jewellery you ordered online on the FLORINA website will be delivered to you free of shipping charges. However, if the Jewellery does not fit you, you have to send it back to us within maximum 14 days from the date of receipt. The return will be at your expense and subject to the Return Policy below.

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination.

When you place your order, you agreed to our terms and conditions of purchase, including the delivery, return & exchange policy provisions.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Conditions. Returns and exchanges are possible only with the unremoved and undamaged white label on the purchased Jewellery.

(a) A return or a return with exchange will be accepted if:

  • The products are unworn, undamaged and in original condition.

  • Original packaging, guarantees or certificates, as well as instructions etc are included in the return shipment.

  • All pieces and all parts of a piece of jewellery supplied with the order (e.g any necklaces and earrings, chains and pendents) must be included and returned in their entirety.

  • The Jewellery has never been tried on and has exclusively been ordered online.

(b) For any Jewellery returned in unworn, undamaged and original condition

Simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the payment proof (or gift receipt) within 14 (fourteen) days of the date you received the product. We will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

Exceptions from return and exchange relate to the following:

1. products made-to-order are not eligible for return; in contrast to made-to-stock, these products are manufactured for you, based on your size only after you having placed an order via our website, email or telephone;

2. tried on products that customers ordered after seeing and putting them on in real life.

Polishing fees up to £ 350 and other types of fees may apply if the product is slightly not delivered in its original condition. Our policy is to deliver to every customer newly manufactured and high-quality products ordered especially for them. As a small jewellery business, this return / exchange arrangement is at our total discretion since worn Jewellery cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Buying Online. If you buy Jewellery from a website, a TV channel or by mail order you will be relying on images and descriptions. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to cancel a contract for goods ordered by telephone, mail order, email or fax, except for those goods which are made to order.

When your Jewellery arrives, you have the right to return or cancel your order for any reason, provided you did not wear it, but you only tried it on and realised it was not your size or simply changed your mind. You can cancel at any time until the end of the 14th (fourteenth) working day after the day on which you receive your goods. To cancel your order, you must tell us in writing by e-mail, and not by telephone.

If you have already paid for the Jewellery, we refund your money within 30 days of your cancelling of the agreement. The money refunded will cover the original jewellery purchase, however, you will have to meet the costs of sending the goods back to the seller.

Buying Online with the Opportunity to try on the Jewellery physically. Differently from large retailers with extended return policies, small jewellery businesses and shops are not obliged to offer a refund or exchange if customers no longer want the items (e.g. because it is the wrong size or colour, the person the jewellery was bought for does not like it or if the item does not fit), when customers had the opportunity to try on the Jewellery. This applies also for the Jewellery sold directly to customers at fairs.

Not following Care Instructions. Fair wear and tear is not a fault and you have no rights if a problem arises because you failed to follow any care instructions you were given on purchase or published on our website.
