Non-commercial Use. This website is available only for your personal, non-commercial use subject to these Terms of Service. Your access of the website signifies your acceptance of these terms. The Terms of Service shall govern the sale and purchase of products through FLORINA's Website. We may amend these Terms of Service from time to time without notice. When we do so, we will post the new version on our website. Your continued use of the website will signify your acceptance of those new terms.


Orders given through this Website are reserved for individuals who are final purchasers, with this being fully understood that goods are not being sold for resale. You are a final purchaser when you order our products as a customer that is, as an individual acting wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession.

Intellectual Property. The entire content of this website, including all jewellery design, copyright, patents, photography, storytelling, videos, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights contained therein, including the use of the names FLORINA, Resourceful Florina Ltd and Roxana Florina Popa, is the sole property of Resourceful Florina Ltd and its creator, Roxana Florina Popa, and is registered for protection. You not are entitled to copy, reproduce, transmit, display in public, create derivative works from, or otherwise commercially exploit any of such material on our website. All intellectual property rights in the products belong to Resourceful Florina Ltd and Roxana Florina Popa. We are proud to be a member of Anti-Copying in Design (ACID).

Products Description and Availability. The advertising of products on our website constitutes an invitation to treat rather than a contractual offer.

1. We make every effort to give you an accurate description of our Jewellery, including a statement of their essential characteristics on this website. Please note, however, that images may not be to scale and colours shown. Images are only as accurate as internet technology allows. They will vary according to the settings on your individual computer.


2. Each of our jewellery is unique and made to order which can take between 6 and 10 weeks. Once we have received your order we will contact you to confirm ring size or type of chains for necklaces and earrings. After receiving this information, we will then be able to give you an accurate delivery time.

3. Not all our Jewellery items and sizes may be available in sufficient stock. In this case, we will either notify you about the possible delivery times or we reserve the right to cancel the contract. In this latter case, we will inform you by email and refund to your account any amount deducted by us from you credit or debit card as soon as possible within 5 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

4. The Jewellery on this site offers a selection of designs by Roxana Florina Popa and not all items or sizes may be available for purchase.

5. Several designs on this website are one-of-a-kind pieces, and may not be available once they are sold.

Price and Applicable Duties. Some pieces may be priced individually and once a piece is sold it may not be possible to remake it for the same price. However, we endeavour to stay aligned as much as possible with the already offered price.

1. Resourceful Florina Limited reserves the right to change, at any time and without notice, the products offered for sale on the FLORINA website, as well as their prices.

2. The prices of Resourceful Florina Limiyed products are provided in British pounds. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT, import duties into your country and other taxes. Handling and shipping costs will be free of charge for customers, except in the case of the return of the Jewellery for cancellation, return or exchange that will remain at their own charge.

3. Due to the UK leaving the  EU on the 1st of January 2021, there are recent changes to import and export between the UK and the EU member states. If you are purchasing from the EU, the Channel Islands or the Rest of the World, the UK VAT will be removed at check out. Please note that you will be responsible for any costs incurred after checkout, such as your country's VAT rate and specific import duties.

Order PlacementUsing the FLORINA Website, you may order products of the "FLORINA" brand online using the link  for deliveries in the UK.


If you are ordering from outside the UK, please make sure you inform yourselves on the import taxes and duties your destination country requests you to pay for customs release. We will also endeavour to research this information, however, we cannot guarantee that it will be provided to us in an accurate form. We will accept your order and proceed to shipping only based on your written consent that you are fully in agreement to import the ordered Jewellery and to take any risks regarding payment of all required import duties and costs.


1. For a contract to come in force between you and FLORINA, we have to accept your order within 5 working days from the time you finalised the order process via this website or by email at . Our order acceptance will be communicated to you in the form of an order confirmation to your email address. We ask you to carefully read the information in this section, as well as in the entire Terms of Service.


2. Whenever you make an order on the FLORINA Website or by email, you will be asked to confirm your acceptance of the Terms of Service in force on the date you give your order. You must ensure you have made the right selection before confirming your order. You are hereby informed that the order is subject to a full payment obligation.


3. Any order made on the FLORINA website must be paid immediately at the time of placing your order. We accept payments by Paypal. All orders are payable in British Pounds.


4. You will have the opportunity to identify and correct any errors by contacting us immediately by email or by phone within 24 hours of your online order.


Order Status. You will be sent a confirmation of the order by email, which contains acknowledgment for registration of your order with the description of the selected FLORINA products, the quantity, price, free shipment and the associated payment. You will later receive by email a confirmation of shipping and an estimation of the delivery time, with a shipping track number.


The status of an order can be viewed at any time on your customer account accessible from the FLORINA website, with access reserved by a customer-chosen password. The information and data supplied by the customer may be modified at any time by the customer, who may also access information concerning any past orders.

Order Cancellation by Customer. Once you have placed an order with FLORINA, you may cancel it or request changes within 24 hours from the moment of your order placement. Your order cancellation or modification is subject to FLORINA's discretion and may be declined if your order has already been processed or otherwise.


Order Cancellation or Rejection by FLORINA. Resourceful Florina Limited reserves the right to cancel or reject an order placed by a customer with whom it is in dispute regarding a previous order, or if Resourceful Florina Limited reasonably considers that a customer breached the Terms of Service or engaged in fraudulent activity, or on any other legitimate grounds.


1. If you fail to pay to us any amount due in accordance with the provisions of these Terms of Service, then we reserve the right to withhold the ordered products.


2. If you make an unjustified credit card, debit card or other charge-back payment, then you will be liable to pay us, within 7 days following the date of our written request:


(a) an amount equal to the amount of the charge-back.

(b) all third-party expenses incurred by us in relation to the charge-back (including charges made by our or your bank or payment processor or card issuer).

(c) an administration fee of GBP 50.00 including VAT.

(d) all our reasonable costs, losses and expenses incurred in recovering the amounts referred above (including without limitation legal fees and debt collection fees).


3. For the avoidance of doubt, if you fail to recognise or fail to remember the source of an entry on your card statement or other financial statement, and make a charge-back as a result, this will constitute an unjustified charge-back for the purposes of these Terms of Service.


4. Resourceful Florina Limited reserves the right to cancel or reject an order placed by a customer if the maximum quantities indicated on the product page are not respected.

5. Your order is shipped only after checking your method of payment and upon receipt of authorisation to charge your account.


6. Resourceful Florina Limited reserves ownership of the products until full collection of the price from customers. The product ownership will be acquired by the customer subsequent to full payment of the goods, i.e. from that time you shall assume all risks (particularly of theft, loss or damage) inherent in the products delivered.

Return Conditions. Returns and exchanges are possible only with the unremoved and undamaged white label on the purchased Jewellery.


A return, or a return with exchange will be accepted if:


  • The products are unworn, undamaged and in original condition.


  • Original packaging, guarantees or certificates, as well as instructions etc are included in the return shipment.


  • All pieces and all parts of a Jewellery piece supplied with the order (e.g any necklaces and earrings, chains and pendents) must be included and returned in their entirety.


For any Jewellery in unworn, undamaged and original condition, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the proof of purchase (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:

(i) products can be returned only to the country from which they were originally purchased; and

(ii) the following products are not eligible for return: products made to order.


Buying Online. If you buy Jewellery from a website, a TV channel or by mail order you will be relying on images and descriptions. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to cancel a contract for goods ordered by telephone, mail order, email or fax, except for those goods which are made to order.

When your Jewellery arrives, you have the right to return or cancel your order for any reason, provided you did not wear it, but you only tried it on and realised it was not your size or simply changed your mind. You can cancel at any time until the end of the fourteenth working day after the day on which you receive your goods. To cancel your order, you must tell us in writing by e-mail, but not by telephone. If sending a letter within the UK, send the letter by Royal Mail Special Delivery and from abroad, by international registered letter, so you can prove that you sent it and track its progress.

If you have already paid for the Jewellery, we refund your money within 30 days of your cancelling the agreement. The money refunded will cover the original jewellery purchase, however, you will have to meet the costs of sending the goods back to the seller.


As a small jewellery business, we may make any further charges to cover re-polishing of the Jewellery should the returned product show signs of having been worn (e.g. scratches, traces of unfollowed care instructions). This arrangement is at our total discretion since worn Jewellery cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged with another FLORINA Jewellery.

Buying Online with the Opportunity to try on the Jewellery physically. Differently from large retailers with extended return policies, small jewellery shops are not obliged to offer a refund if customers no longer want the items (e.g. because it is the wrong size or colour, the person the jewellery was bought for does not like it or if the item does not fit), when customers had the opportunity to try on the Jewellery. This applies also for the Jewellery sold directly to customers at fairs.

Not following Care Instructions. Fair wear and tear is not a fault and you have no rights if a problem arises because you failed to follow any care instructions you were given on purchase and published on our website. View our Jewellery Care Advice.

Personal Data Protection. Our Privacy Policy tells you how we will use your personal information.


1. By using this website, you provide your consent to FLORINA for using your personal data for the purpose of dispatching Jewellery and related matters as described and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.


2. Resourceful Florina Limited uses SSL encryption to protect personal data and data relating to means of payment. In pages on which the URL begins with 'https://' (where the 's' stands for 'secure'), the data is encrypted and therefore, protected before being transferred over the Internet.


3. Unless proven otherwise, data recorded by Resourceful Florina Limited constitutes proof of all the transactions entered into between Resourceful Florina Limited and its customers.


4. In the event of loss, theft, or any fraudulent use of your password, you shall notify Resourceful Florina Limited immediately.

Export. Please first enquire with us if we deliver to your country at . Residents who live/are domiciled outside the UK may be entitled to claim back VAT on purchases delivered within the UK. Resourceful Florina Ltd will be able to advise you on your eligibility for this scheme, should we apply UK VAT on FLORINA jewellery at that time.

International Duties & Taxes. Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. If you are concerned about incurring high customs charges, we recommend you ask your local customs office about their rates.


1. International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. This means that any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.


2. If a shipment is refused, we will do what we can to nullify the customs charges and have the shipment returned to Resourceful Florina Ltd. We cannot guarantee that customs charges can be voided for a refused shipment. In this case, we will deduct the amount from your refund.

3. Please also note that your shipment/order cannot be classed as personal effects/personal use as your shipment is coming from Resourceful Florina Limited as a business to yourself as a consumer. Therefore, you are responsible for import duties/taxes at your local customs office. When you place your order, you agreed to our terms and conditions of purchase.

Discount Codes are governed by the rules  below:

• Only one discount code is redeemable per transaction, multiple codes cannot be used on one single transaction.
• The discount code may be used on one transaction made at
• Discount codes cannot be added retrospectively and will not be refunded from your order once your order has been paid for.
• Discount codes are not valid in conjunction with any other offer, and are not valid against sale items, unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds will take any discount into account.
• Discount codes do not include delivery or special gift wrapping unless specifically for this purpose, or expressed otherwise.
